Welcome to Air Force Run LANUD Sam Ratulangi. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and participation in our running events. By accessing our website or registering for our events, you agree to these terms.
By registering for the Air Force Run event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or participate in our events.
Registration for the Air Force Run event is subject to availability and is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. All registrations are final and non-transferable. The organizers reserve the right to close registrations at any time.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false or incomplete information may result in the cancellation of your registration without refund.
Participants under the age of 17 must provide parental consent to participate in the event. Participants between the ages of 11 and 16 must submit a parental consent form during registration.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Participants must follow all rules and regulations set by the organizers. This includes wearing the official event jersey, displaying the assigned race number, and following the designated route. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Participants acknowledge that running events involve inherent risks and confirm they are physically fit to participate. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant deemed unfit to continue or who poses a risk to themselves or others.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Air Force Run LANUD Sam Ratulangi and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
By participating in the Air Force Run event, you grant the organizers permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings of you taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
The organizers, sponsors, and partners of the Air Force Run event shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants during or as a result of the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
